I'm throwing a country-ish bridal shower for my bff this weekend, and I have very limited funds. I wanted to make it super adorable for her, so I decided to go the DIY route. And I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised. Most things are turning out just how I want them, with a few minor setbacks here and there. Nothing a good strong cup o' joe can't solve, though. With only a few days left, there's just minor projects that need to be tackled.
Day 1 is all about making a guestbook. Well, it's more of an "advice" book. Or, a tell-us-your-fave-memory-of-the-bride, give-her-something-insightful, or whatever-else-you-want book.
I would have gone through the steps, a la photos, but unfortunately I don't think that far ahead and completely forgot. Whoops! Better luck next time. Needless to say, I love how it turned out and the entire thing only cost me $.50! Seriously.

[Hint: the front and back covers are from a yellow notepad, that I covered in scrap paper. I may have a floppy notepad, but I've got a rad guestbook!].
I'm pretty jazzed with how it turned out. Just using scraps that I already had made it super affordable, and totally fit in with the theme of her shower. Can't wait to see what she thinks!
